We have been formulationg the rules on how we should run the CLT. These are presented in two documents. The first is the “Standing Orders“. This covers topics like
- Meetings
- Board selection
- Code of conduct and what to do in cases of breach of the code
- Confidentiality
- etc.
The second document, “Financial Regulations“, covers how we manage the finances.
Both these build on best-practice from other CLTs and the advice from CLT co-ordination groups (like the Wessex CLT project).
