Ian Jones
Born “Oop North”, I landed in Marshfield in 1986 by way of London in the 60’s. I very soon realised that to be part of a community you had to contribute to it. Hence I was a Parish Councillor for 10 years including 5 as Chairman and part of the team that saved the Post Office in the early 2000’s. I have also been Chairman of the Cricket Club, Treasurer of the Legion Hall and a long time member of the Marshfield Players. The CLT offers an opportunity to help the people who need secure affordable housing and to maintain the diversity of the community on which it thrives.
