We have been formulationg the rules on how we should run the CLT. David Dodd, the MCLT secretary, has prepared two documents containing the principles of how it goes. The first is the “Standing Orders“. This covers topics like
- Board selection
- Code of conduct and what to do in cases of breach of the code
The second document, “Financial Regulations“, covers how we manage the finances.
Both these build on best-practice from other CLTs and the advice from CLT co-ordination groups (like the Wessex CLT project).
