I grew up on a farm in Kent but have lived in Marshfield with my wife, Fay, for the past 37 years. Being in Marshfield has enabled me to keep in touch with my farming roots while pursuing my career as a freelance consultant and university tutor.
With two grown-up sons, born and brought up in Marshfield, I am all too aware of the prohibitive cost of housing for local young people. I believe that the CLT could help to resolve this problem by providing affordable homes for rent.
